Awful tasting, has a bad aftertaste & burps. The packaging quality & overall product quality also feel very cheap. Can't trust this brand ever. Ordered their ZMA supplements also, which is horrible in taste & the tablet quality is so poor that they leave chalk-like stains in your fingers when you hold them.
